Contraindications:

-Lightwaves from Cold Laser cannot penetrate the ink of tattoos. If there is a tattoo present in the exact area where the light needs to be applied, the practitioner may need to provide an alternative treatment.

-Individuals with spinal pain implants, internal cardiac monitors, and pacemakers cannot receive Cold Laser Treatment safely.

-Pregnancy. While there is no specific evidence to suggest Cold Laser Therapy is detrimental to pregnancy, Oswego Sports & Orthopedic Massage has selected to refrain from using this treatment on pregnant individuals in an abundance of caution.
